What is Reflexology?
Reflexology is a non-invasive complementary health therapy that can be effective in promoting deep relaxation and wellbeing; a reduction of stress in people’s lives can be key in optimising good health and building resilience. It is a touch therapy that is based on the theory that different points on the feet, lower leg, hands, face or ears correspond with different areas of the body and a reflexologist will work these points and areas.
Reflexology can be used safely alongside standard healthcare to promote better health for their clients.
Expect your first appointment to last around 90 minutes. This includes a client consultation to discuss your needs and requirements before the treatment takes place.
Precision reflexology aims to connect to the subtle energy systems of the body. Using gentle linking techniques between the reflexes to adjust and harmonise the energy, and to bring the body back to balance using the lightest of touches.
